    Founded in 1967, the company was the first in Korea to develop foaming agents for PVC and rubber.

    By localizing foaming agent technology, the company established a strong foundation for growth and began exporting foaming agents in 1973. In 1992, it established an overseas manufacturing factory in Indonesia, followed by the expansion of the Siwha plant in 1995. These milestones enabled the company to emerge as a global leader in the foaming agent industry. Today, its products are exported worldwide under the UNICELL brand.
