This includes IT strategy planning (ISP), project planning and management, and system development and operations. The team establishes IT development strategies, standardizes business processes, and implements and manages systems such as Global ERP, Groupware, Global EIS, and MES.In addition, the team manages server hardware, databases, and network infrastructure, as well as data center operations, office automation (OA) equipment, and various software systems. The team also implements and operates information security systems and conducts security audits to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.
